Ministerial majority on the whole Counties, 54. Scotland will, it is 'believed, furnish 43 Whigs, 2 Itadicals, 8 Tories ; being a majority for IVIinisters of 33. Of Ireland no estimate can yet be made; and the English Boroughs are also uncertain, though very few of them wffi re- turn Tories, and still fewer Waverers.
