I am interested to observe that Mr. Henry Chellew, not

unknown to readers of this column by reason of his connection with the ridiculous Academie et University Internationale (a large blue seal of which adorns his envelopes) has added to his existing distinctions of M.A. and LL.D. that of Profesior. Which of them was conferred by the Academie Internationale, and what is the nature of the chair the Professor holds, are subjects on which reliable information would be welcome. But it is nice to hear of Mr. Chellew again.
