A fatal accident happened, yesterday, to Mr. William Dakin, the

well-known tea-dealer of St. Paula Church Yard. Mr. Dakin was examining a new coffee- roaster in the warehouse: it exploded; a fragment struck him on the head, and he was killed on the spot.
