TO CONVALESCENT OFFICERS.
(To THE EDITOR OP THE "SPECTATOR."] Sin,—Referring to the letter in your issue of July 10th, offering hospitality to convalescent officers who are so situated that they cannot go to friends or hotels, I shall be glad to have one or two in September to stay with us here.
