Although our supply of English Wheat has been exceedingly moderate during the week, and there is very Mile left over from Monday. the trade neverthelest has a dull and inanimate appearance, whilst prices ere barely so good as before neted. There is less disposition to purchase Foreign Wheat than prevailed a few clays back, and sales are with diflieully effected except at a slislit reduction in prices. The supplies of Eng- lish Barley coetinue good, and although line samplea cannot be baught cheaper. the trade is excessively dull for every sad. Beans ere decidedly improving in value, words a Much better demand, awl Peas are rather dearer.. Having a much less supply of Oats than usual, both from Ireland aud other parts, the trade in consequetice is tolerably firm for good fresh and heavy cons ; but the demand being extremely limited among dealers and Conant-Hers, all secondary and itsferiur qualities have a dos uward tendeney.
