SIR,—In my article in your issue of March 5th appear the words " Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, with his political record, can scarcely con- tinue repression as a method of settling industrial disputes.". This suggests that the method is being used by him at present—which was not my intention. The word " continue " should have been " countenance "—Yours, &c., JOHN THORNE. Church.
