It is perhaps a pity that the spelling of the poems has not been slightly more modernized. .Modern American Poetry : an Anthology. Selected by Louis Untermeyer. (Jonathan Cape. 8s. 6d.)— The English reader will find this an adequate anthology. It is regrettable, however, that Eunice Tietjens is so ill represented.
