A handsome volume which will be of general as well
as special interest is Drawings of Trinity College, Oxford, by T. Martini Ronaldson (Holywell Press, Oxford). The drawings are twenty in number. The College, built from the designs of Dean Aldrich, assisted by Wren—Aldrich was the architect of All Saints Church—the Gardens, the Old Lodgings of the President, and Kettel Hall, now become the property of the College—as one always felt it ought to be—are among the subjects. Trinity does not look very picturesque from the Broad; but it supplies some excellent subjects to the artist.
