The change of policy at the Admiralty in the treatment

of German submarine prisoners bas had, we are very glad to say, its due effect Telegrams from Berlin announce that the thirty-nine British officers who were sent to prison and suffered from an extremely rigorous treatment by way of reprisal are to be restored to the concentration camps. They will again receive the ordinary treatment of officers who are prisoners.
