PARTY UNITY.

[To Tin EDITOR Or TRH "spEarAmon.-] SI-14—n seems to me that a great step towards the unity of the party would be taken if it were distinctly understood that in the next Parliament in which a Unionist Government is in power the line of fiscal inquiry will not go beyond Mr. Balfour's Birmingham speech. Even the greatest " stalwart " might admit that there is enough in the Birmingham speech for one Parliament's consideration.—I am, Sir, &c.,
