It appears by the Vote-paper delivered this morning, that Mr.

WARD does not intend to move the whole of his resolutions on Tuesday. He has condensed the substance of the first two into one, on which only he proposes to divide the House,.—without, however, abandoning any part of his detailed plan. The change therefore in no way affects the remarks on this subject which appear in another part of ourjounml.
