Tliie is all extremely - significant and- important if it is

true. The least we can-say is that it 'fits in perfectly with the attitude of the Daily Herald, which has been not only ready but °tithed, astically ready to take its orders from Moscow. If Moscow is planning the rain- of the ablest and most efficient of the Trade Union officials in this country, it is quite time that the rank and file-of the Trade Unions- woke up to what is happening. Surely it would be possible for some of our enterprising daily newspapers to find. out much more about this subject. If the vendetta is a reality, the attack upon Mr. Appleton at Portsmouth is just as illuminating and just as sensational as the Moscow plot to collar the Daily Herald.
