Mr. Balfour in acknowledging the resolution says that "the Government are fully alive to the importance of the question, and it is having their atten- tion," Here is another rebuke to the Lord Chancellor (we noticed that administered by Sir Michael Hicks-Beach last week) for his astonishing outbreak against the policy of doing electoral justice to England put forward at the Blenheim Conference.
