Mr. Baldwin's reference, in the Ministry of Defence debate, to

" Epstein statues in the Parks," reminded me forcibly of the story of how Lord Balfour took him to see Rima in Kensington Gardens for the first time. There are good reasons why I cannot transcribe here verbatim the comments interchanged, but no_one who has heard the story is likely to forget it.
