. (Continued froni page 922.) D'Erlanger, made an important announcement with regard to the future of the company. He. stated that the directors had come to -the conclusion that the company might have to pass into foreign hands. The incorporation of an Argentine Company, which is to purchase all the company's Argentine assets, is now proposed, but while this change must mean a loss of direct control and of intervention in the management of the Argentine Company—the organization in Argentina is now so firmly established that the management of the com- pany can be safely left' in the competent hands of the local Board and the local Managing Director.
