The Ministerial majority this morning was 39, in a House

cf 561 voting :limbers. This shows a proportional increase of about 41L- above the division on the same question in July last year ; when, in it House of 601 Members, the majority was 37. And this, too, in spite of all the heavy losses by subsequent elections, &c. which the olgans of the Opposition have so loudly trumpeted.
