Library have the right of ehoosiug, from a most extensive and valuable collection of the best Books in tbe various languages, whatever Works they may desire, which are regularly forwarded to all parts of the Kingdom, or the Continent. They also participate in the advantages arising from an immediate and unlimited supply of the new publications ; and may direct the purchase of any Work of general interest not previously added to the Library.
