barnton-Fraser. (Darien Press, Edinburgh. 6d. net.)—This is, so to speak, an educational guide-book. It tolls any one who 'Wants to study abroad how it may be done. He has, say, the idea of going with this purpose to Berlin. Here he will learn what it will cost him to get there, what foes ho will pay, how much his board and lodging will cost him (from 45 to 40 10s. per month), what Professors ho will hear, what are the resources of the libraries, &c. Wo need hardly say that there is much most Useful and interesting information in the pamphlet, and, of course, sonic/ curiosities. At Dijon, for instance, we are told of a" maison famine" where lady students may board for 00 francs per month
on condition of abstaining from all religious discussion."
