BIRTH OF A PRINCESS.

Slime our pages were at press, the confinement of the Queen, and her Majesty's safe delivery, of a daughter, has been announced. This event took place at Buckingham Palace to-day, a little before two o'clock; the Dutchess of Kent and the Great Officers of State being present. Her Majesty and the infant are doing well.
