THE LATE BISHOP OF LINCOLN.

[To THE EDITOR OF THE " SPECIATOR."] SIR,—It is proposed to publish a small volume of the spiritual letters of the late Bishop of Lincoln (Dr. King), and as one of the Bishop's literary executors I have undertaken to prepare such a volume for the press. I am therefore writing to ask any of your readers who may have any of Dr. King's letters (which they may think suitable) to entrust them to me, giving me at the same time full liberty to use them, or not to use them, or to select from them at my discretion. It is not proposed to publish any names. Any letters which may be entrusted to me I shall have copied, and the originals will immediately be returned to their owners.--I am, Sir, &e.,
