[To the Editor of the SPECTATOR.] Sin,---Keble wrote (in the
Advertisement of The Christian Year, and dated May 30th, 1827) of " that soothing tendency in the Prayer Book." We shall none of us be here in 2027, but I am ready to vaticinate that Church folk then will allow that the 1927 Prayer Book had brought about greater composure,
