Hogarth's Works. (J. Dicks.)—We have here nearly seventy plates of

Hogarth's most famous pictures reproduced. (We do not see, by the way, the most famous of all, "The March to Finchley.") Some of them, on the other hand, are but rarely seen, and some, it must be allowed, are not well worth seeing. Of course the collection is interesting as a whole, but it is not meant virginibus puerisque. Each engraving is explained and commented on in a page or more of letterpress.
