We must content ourselves with commending to the notice of
readers whom its subject concerns, The Organisation and Adminis- tration of Lines of Communication in War, by Colonel George Armand Furse, C.B. (W. Clowes and Sons), substituted, we gather, for an earlier work published in 1852, and made "obsolete by the issue of the regulations framed by the Hon. G. C. Dawnay's Committee in 1886."
