SIE,—The following lines from the Anti-Tacobin are worth noting just now :— "By confiscation, in whose sweeping toils The Poor Man's pittance and the Rich Man's spoils, Mix'd in one common mass, are swept away— To glut the short-liv'd Tyrant of the day."
