above subject•by "Ex-Bursar" in your last issue is instructive, and tempts me to put forward the following suggestions :—(1) That the Bursars of the future should undergo a qualifying examination as to the true value of different foodstuffs before they are appointed., (2) That " Ex-Bursar" should spend ls. on the purchase of Vitamins—What We Should Eat and Why, published by the People's League of Health, 12 Stratford Place, London,
