of the valuable abstract of Parliamentary Papers and Blue-Books published by Messrs. Cassell and Co., in every way maintains the high standard of efficiency and accuracy reached in the former volume. It is very much to be hoped that enough support will be given to the enterprise by the public to enable the series to be continued.
