A. well-known book of reference, Debrett's House of Commons and

the Judicial Bench (Dean and Son), appears for the forty-sixth time. It contains an alphabetical list of M.P.'s, with biographical notices, a catalogue of the various constituencies returning mem- bers to Parliament, with the numbers polled at the last election, and a list of "Peers and Peeresses." Finally, "The Judicial Bench" gives details about all the Judges in the superior Courts, County Court Judges, with those of the City of London (sixty-two in all), Recorders (numbering 126), Vioe-Admirals of the Coast, Stipendiary Magistrates, Sheriffs of Scotland (thirty-two), Sheriffs Substitute, and Colonial Judges.
